Refund Policy for Ksybueno Retreats

At Ksybueno, we strive to ensure transparency and clarity regarding our booking, payment, and cancellation procedures. Please review our refund policy below:

 

Prepayment

• Prepayment Amount: A fixed prepayment of 500€ is required at the time of booking.

• Non-Refundable Nature: This prepayment is non-refundable. However, if you cancel your retreat booking, the prepayment can be transferred to another Ksybueno retreat of your choice.

 

Payment Deadline

• Full Payment Requirement: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.

• Impact of Non-Payment: Failure to settle the total amount by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking.

 

Cancellation and Refund Terms

• Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Arrival:

• You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before your arrival date.

• Refunds will be processed for the amount paid beyond the non-refundable 500€ prepayment.

• The prepayment of 500€ will remain as a credit for a future retreat.

• Cancellation 15 Days or Fewer Before Arrival:

• Cancellations made less than 15 days before your arrival date are non-refundable.
